Maintains confidential records, prepares reports, supports staff training, coordinates meetings and events, communicates with residents and visitors, and responds to community emergencies while following organizational policies and hospitality standards.

Leads sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue for a senior living community. Manages the prospect pipeline from inquiry through move-in, conducts tours, builds referral relationships, oversees local marketing and community events, tracks performance in Salesforce, coaches sales staff, and collaborates with community and corporate leadership. Ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.

Prepare and post complex month-end journal entries, perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, analyze variances, support audits, identify control gaps, mentor junior staff, and assist with policy updates, system enhancements, and special projects to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.

Lead and coach the sales team to build relationships with prospective residents and families, manage the sales journey from first contact to move-in, meet marketing and sales goals, perform community outreach, deliver presentations, and handle hiring, performance management, and daily operations.

Manage identity and access lifecycle, administer security technologies (Entra, Okta, endpoint/email protection), monitor alerts, perform risk assessments, support incident investigations, audits, policy development, and security hardening across corporate and community systems.

Serve as the onsite financial steward for a senior living community: manage billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, resident financial inquiries, vendor relations, and a small team. Partner with regional finance and centralized COEs to support forecasting, resolve billing issues, maintain resident records in PCC/C3LinC, and advise department heads on financial variances and coding to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

Lead enterprise information security strategy and governance for a multi-site senior living organization. Oversee cybersecurity operations, risk management, compliance (including HIPAA and SOC), vendor security, incident response, privacy protections, cloud and infrastructure security, and security architecture. Build and lead a security team, manage budgets, drive security awareness, and advise executive leadership to enable secure business growth.

Provide administrative and marketing support for a senior living community: manage leads/CRM, coordinate events, update website and social media, prepare reports and marketing materials, process sales documentation, support move-ins, and assist the Marketing and Sales Director and Residency Counselors.

Provide administrative support to Business Office, Sales & Marketing, and Executive teams in a senior living community: maintain resident and prospect records, assist with admissions, billing, payroll review, reports, marketing tasks, front desk coverage, and CRM updates.
