Supports financial reporting, dashboards, cost center analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Owns acquisition, engagement, analytics, KPI governance, testing, funnel optimization, website and content conversion, and global-local execution. Leads a worldwide digital marketing team, establishes scalable operating models, partners with product, sales, brand, and IT, and develops digital marketing capabilities across regions.

Own Pluxee’s production generative AI platform, including its roadmap, reliability, security, cloud infrastructure, LLM integrations, agents, RAG, MCP connectors, access controls, and cost management. Define AI-assisted development lifecycle standards, support IT teams adopting GenAI tools, identify and build enterprise use cases, and advise on architecture, model selection, security, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance.

Build and own end-to-end product features across backend and frontend systems. Design resilient, distributed, event-driven architectures for high-volume benefits and payment workloads. Ensure transactional accuracy through automated testing, load simulations, observability, and production monitoring. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and engineering documentation while using AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows.

Owns the full B2B sales cycle for mid-market clients, including prospecting, consultative selling, closing, onboarding, account management, business reviews, platform adoption, and expansion. Builds client relationships, develops tailored value propositions, manages opportunities in Salesforce, and coordinates with Merchant, Product, and Customer Success teams. Provides market feedback and supports revenue growth across Pluxee’s employee benefits platform.

Manage and grow Pluxee’s UK merchant and partner network through recruitment, commercial negotiations, contract governance, onboarding, promotions, and performance management. The role develops new revenue opportunities, sells Pluxee propositions, secures favorable commercial terms, supports existing partners, and builds trusted stakeholder relationships. It also coordinates with sales, marketing, and operations teams, communicates initiative progress, handles escalations, and attends partner meetings and industry events.

Leads Pluxee Brazil’s cybersecurity function, implementing global policies and standards, managing cyber risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, audits, regulatory compliance, ISO 27001 certification, third-party security, cloud security, and crisis exercises. Manages the local cybersecurity team, promotes awareness, supports customer-facing security discussions, reports cybersecurity performance to senior leadership, and coordinates with global, regional, legal, compliance, and data-protection stakeholders.

Manages relationships with clients in an existing portfolio, supporting client retention and ongoing engagement. The role is part of Pluxee’s employee benefits and engagement business and operates within an inclusive, sustainability-focused international organization.
