We are currently looking for an Affiliates and Partners Network Account Manager for the Sofia region to support the expansion and development of our partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively acquire new partners through cold calling and targeted sales initiatives;
- Develop and execute a partner management strategy focused on retention, growth, and profitability;
- Onboard new partners and manage existing ones through clear and structured processes;
- Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, including performance and profitability tracking;
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to achieve shared business objectives;
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships through regular meetings and needs analysis;
- Build sustainable relationships with merchants and business partners;
- Gather and share partner feedback, business needs, and market insights;
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage partners, activities, and reporting;
- Develop key partners by expanding stakeholder networks and offering integrated solutions;
- Identify and attract new key partners through field visits and targeted business development activities;
- Monitor the competitive landscape and share relevant market intelligence;
- Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and business targets;
- Travel regularly as required to support business needs and collaborate with partners and colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships;
- Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills;
- Commercial acumen and a passion for working with clients and achieving results;
- Strong business orientation;
- Relevant educational background and professional experience;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent command of Bulgarian, both written and spoken;
- Good working knowledge of English;
- Strong computer literacy and advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment;
- Ambitious and results-driven mindset;
- Independent, proactive, and self-initiated approach;
- Positive attitude and a "Can Do" mentality;
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment will be considered an advantage, particularly within the FMCG sector.
