Lead global sales enablement programs end-to-end for 300+ commercial staff: design structured learning, create content, coach reps and managers, partner cross-functionally, and measure impact on ramp, win rates, deal velocity, content usage, and revenue.

Serve as a technical, customer-facing API Consultant focused on pitching and demoing Statista Connect, building custom demo agents and prompts, guiding customers from setup to advanced integrations, driving adoption through analytics-driven outreach, resolving integration blockers, and supporting sales with upsell opportunities while feeding product insights back to engineering.

Design, document and roll out end-to-end sales processes across CRM, customer lifecycle, contract/subscription management and revenue reporting. Translate stakeholder requests into prioritized requirements, define tool workflows and automations (e.g., Salesforce), align cross-functional stakeholders, maintain commercial governance and SOPs, and track process KPIs to drive continuous improvement and report impact to leadership.

Design, implement, and maintain Python backend services and CI/CD/GitOps pipelines on AWS/Kubernetes. Build and maintain data models (Avro, SQL), publish via Kafka and schema registry, create access-layer models in Snowflake, and coordinate between Data and Tech teams to align schemas, priorities, and timelines.

Support company strategy by coordinating strategic initiatives, conducting market and competitor analyses, preparing decision papers and workshops for senior management, and ensuring cross-team alignment to identify and enable growth opportunities.

Design and build backend services in PHP (and TypeScript/Node), create asynchronous event-driven systems, write and optimize complex SQL, operate services on AWS, and contribute across the stack including Nuxt 3/Vue 3 frontends.

Own full sales cycle for international projects (rankings/awards). Generate new business, build relationships with decision-makers, close deals, contribute to European sales strategy, collaborate with media partners, and coordinate internal sales, marketing, and project teams.

Manage a unified tracking system, design event architecture, write tracking plans, and ensure GDPR compliance while collaborating on performance analysis.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and event-driven pipelines (Kotlin, PHP, Python). Connect systems to CDPs and marketing channels, ensure data collection, transformation, activation, scalability, reliability, security and observability. Drive technical design, mentor engineers, collaborate with marketing/data/product teams, and promote engineering best practices and CI/CD processes. Use AI tools to improve productivity.
