As a Junior Manager Corporate Development you will be working on strategic and contributing to the strategic cadence of the company. We are looking for a strong strategic mind with a hands-on attitude who is eager to take ownership, work closely with senior leadership, and actively shape Statista’s next growth chapters.

YOUR JOB
What you do
Act as a central point of contact for all strategically relevant initiatives and topics
Facilitate cooperation between different teams to ensure the success of the project
Specifying strategic objectives for the coming year and breaking them down into individual areas
Carrying out and preparing well-founded market and competition analyses to identify new growth areas
Connect the dots between ongoing initiatives, C-level priorities, and market developments, ensuring alignment and timely information flow
Preparation of decision papers for the management based on complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods
Preparation and realization of workshops with senior management and key stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS
Who you are
Approx. 1-3 years of experience in strategy, start-up, consulting-related role or corporate development (internships or working student roles count)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data independently and derive clear conclusions and recommendations from it
Ideally basic knowledge of data analytics, as well as the ability to question analyses and optimize them together with the specialist department
Understanding of and interest in market and competitive trends
Excellent perceptive skills with exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement processes
High level of initiative and commitment to the quality of work results as well as a structured and energetic way of working
Excellent English and German language skills
