Own the interface between driver supply and dark store ops to align rider availability with demand, monitor first- and last-mile KPIs, run root-cause analyses, design SOPs, coordinate cross-functional ops reviews, pilot process improvements (slot optimization, routing, zoning), and act as the escalation point for supply-store issues.

Design and build scalable backend services with .NET Core 8, optimize queries and data models across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB, implement REST/gRPC APIs, perform testing and refactoring, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, participate in system design and deployments, and document technical decisions.

Lead design, operate, and automate production infrastructure for large-scale distributed systems. Own AWS multi-account environments, container orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), observability, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), database operations (Postgres/NoSQL), networking, compliance, and build internal tooling to improve availability, cost, and delivery velocity.
