Direct sales role selling digital production printers. Manage and grow a customer portfolio, find prospects via visits, build client relationships, meet sales targets, and support business expansion while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Provide technical marketing support for device and unified communication (UC) solutions: run demos and POCs, customize sales presentations, coordinate customers and engineers to resolve issues, draft scopes of work, support events and installations, handle product implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and drive process improvements.

Plan, design, and execute test cases across platforms to ensure application stability and reliability. Lead test strategy, defect management, UAT support, automation and performance testing, reports, and test closure. Liaise with stakeholders and support continuous improvement and on-call/out-of-hours testing as required.
