Provide day-to-day application support for Concur, Esker, CitiDirect and Oracle; monitor integrations, generate regular reports and KPIs, handle routine user queries, liaise with vendors and finance teams, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Lead design and maintenance of internal control and compliance frameworks, implement self-audit processes, assess and report risks and control deficiencies, align local policies with Group standards, coach audit staff, and support J-SOX and regional audit activities.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for Graphic Communications customers, manage enquiries and issue resolution, support full sales cycle with internal teams, maintain CRM and territory plans, monitor account performance, and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities to support revenue growth.

Provide proactive maintenance and support for client desktops, laptops and tablets; assist with technology roadmaps; troubleshoot Microsoft server technologies, networking, virtualization, security and mobile computing; collaborate with senior team members and mentor support growth.

Lead transportation coordination and customs brokerage outsourcing, manage 3PL performance and KPIs, plan routes and resolve delivery issues, analyze logistics costs and propose budgets, lead vendor research and bidding, and optimize customs and distribution processes to reduce lead time and cost.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for in-house applications, manage enhancement backlog, develop and maintain RPA bots and Power Platform solutions, create technical documentation, and assist development team during high-priority deadlines.

Manage services product lifecycle and go-to-market: prepare costing and P&L, develop value positioning, campaigns and sales enablement, support IT solution setup (quotations, item codes, contracts, billing), collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze sales performance, and handle ad hoc duties.

Provide friendly, effective telephone support to customers and technicians: log, assign, escalate and complete service calls; manage parts and consumables requests; prioritise inquiries to meet SLAs and communicate delays.

Support implementation, auditing and maintenance of information security policies and controls (ISO27001, PCI DSS, ISM). Manage vulnerability scanning, certificate/MPKI administration, SIEM monitoring, incident evidence collection, access reviews, security questionnaires/exemptions, audit preparation and reporting, and security awareness activities. Coordinate remediation, track metrics, and assist the Team Lead as needed.
