Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to support partner sales.
- Identify and segment target markets for different distribution channels.
- Align channel marketing plans and set performance goals with key metrics for each channel.
- Formulate the incentive program & structure.
Recruitment Strategy
- Formulate the recruitment strategy to build the new channel partner (Dealers, distributors, resellers, etc.) Defining recruitment criteria, industry expertise, target market segment, geographical presence, sales & technical capability, financial capability
- Update dealer geographical coverage mapping
Onboarding & Enablement
- Supporting new partner with onboarding process i.e onboarding handbook and marketing collateral
- Coordinate partner sales & technical training
Partner Relationship Management
- Work closely with channel partners (dealers, distributors, resellers) to develop co-marketing programs.
- Coordinating dealer-lead event support like machine showcase, resources planning, promotional materials.
- Event management like organising partner event (Dealer Sales Kick Off & Reseller Event)
- Partner portal content management
Sells In & Sell Out Program
- Analyse sells in sell out performance matrix.
- Analyse and formulate the channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, eg volume based or early purchase based
Skills Required
- Experience developing and implementing channel marketing strategies
- Ability to identify and segment target markets for distribution channels
- Experience designing incentive programs and structures
- Experience formulating recruitment strategy for channel partners (dealers, distributors, resellers)
- Experience maintaining dealer geographical coverage mapping
- Experience creating onboarding materials and marketing collateral for partners
- Experience coordinating partner sales and technical training
- Experience building and managing co-marketing programs with channel partners
- Event planning and management experience (partner events, dealer showcases, kickoffs)
- Experience managing partner portal content
- Ability to analyze sell-in/sell-out performance and design channel-specific campaigns
