Review contract files, resolve unliquidated obligations and excess funds, support final vouchers and invoices, and coordinate with contracting, finance, audit, and program stakeholders. Maintain records in ConWrite, CON-IT, PIEE/WAWF, SPS/PD2, and FPDS while supporting the ConWrite-to-CON-IT migration, audit readiness, metrics tracking, and process improvement.

Provides statistical analysis, forecasting, modeling, metrics development, and performance-management support for B-2 modernization and sustainment programs. The role requires foundational SAP ABAP and integration knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work within formal change-management and security processes.

Provides systems security engineering for Air Force armament programs, including anti-tamper, information assurance, supply chain risk management, and platform security. Identifies critical program information and mission-critical components, develops protection specifications, supports secure weapon-system integration, and ensures compliant connections to classified networks. The role also supports RMF assessments, authorization, continuous monitoring, ATO processes, PIT security, audits, and stakeholder coordination while protecting classified technologies from exploitation and supply-chain risks.
