The Assistant Controller will assist in documenting requirements for Core HCM processes, troubleshoot issues, collaborate on configuration, and optimize HR processes within Workday.

Partner with the HR Europe Leader to translate people strategy into execution across Europe. Lead HR transformation, organizational design, workforce planning, and M&A HR workstreams. Drive governance, change management, process simplification, analytics and AI-enabled HR solutions while coaching a Project Manager and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide administrative and laboratory support to the Laboratory Operations team: data entry into the LIS, filing, scanning, answering customer queries by phone and email, resending results, and contacting customers about sample bookings to ensure efficient routine testing service.

Provide commercial legal advice and contract drafting/negotiation across licensing, technology, and life-sciences matters. Support cross-functional teams, improve contract templates and processes, and responsibly adopt AI-enabled legal tools to increase legal team efficiency while managing legal risk.

Provide first-line HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle for US and Canada employees. Support onboarding, HR systems (Workday, HR SolVVe, Ceridian Dayforce), payroll and ticketing, maintain accurate records, assist with audits and reporting, and liaise with Payroll, Benefits, TA, and HRBPs to improve processes and employee experience.

Perform outbound lead generation and qualification for life-science customers, support regional sales via phone and email, document activity in Salesforce, conduct research using databases and web tools, and collaborate with sales to execute outreach strategies and meet business objectives.

Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts (Playwright + TypeScript) and test plans for enterprise software. Work within scrum teams to verify user stories, create test reports, convert manual tests to automation, develop API test frameworks, and track defects using tools like Jira/Zephyr. Advocate for product quality and collaborate across distributed teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of paid SaaS or on-premise implementation projects: onboard customers, plan and manage progress and quality, configure/setup/migrate systems, coordinate internal teams and customers, and provide post-launch follow-up and customer-success support.

Manage billing, collections, credit risk, and accounts payable: process and issue invoices, manage receivables, negotiate payment terms, resolve delinquent accounts, assess customer creditworthiness and limits, analyze credit activity, oversee vendor payments, ensure contract and tax compliance, and optimize working capital.

Manage and resolve electronic B2B order transactions to ensure same-day processing and shipment. Monitor reports to identify blocked EDI/cXML/IDoc orders, troubleshoot failures, document root causes, handle customer contacts via calls/emails/third-party platforms, create and own SFDC cases, and coordinate with fulfillment to meet promised dates.
