Provide customer-facing order management and cash collection support for Danish-speaking customers. Handle phone orders and order amendments in SAP, manage out-of-stock situations with alternatives, own incoming customer queries and internal ticket responses, and maintain customer records while collaborating with sales, supply chain, finance, 3PL and process teams.

Lead development and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and commercial strategies (price, promotion, assortment, mix, trade investment). Translate strategy into annual, customer-ready plans, drive price strategy including CPI/excise responses, ensure disciplined governance, track performance and deliver insight-led course corrections. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance to enable Joint Business Planning and in-market execution.

Lead end-to-end Revenue Growth Management: trade investment planning, AOP development, forecasting, pricing/promotion and portfolio strategy. Drive site integrated planning performance by developing and communicating daily production and material schedules, coordinating stock transfers, maintaining SAP master data, reporting KPIs, resolving supply constraints, and leading continuous improvement and digitization of planning processes.

Manage a defined territory across Canberra and Wagga Wagga to grow existing accounts and win new business across retail and on-premise channels. Build long-term customer partnerships, run territory plans end-to-end, use data and insight to prioritise opportunities, and deliver strong commercial outcomes through execution and influence.

Lead APAC marketing data strategy: source and activate internal/external consumer and commercial data, deploy global data products, build predictive audience segments, run experimentation (A/B, incrementality, causal inference), and measure marketing effectiveness to drive regional growth.
