Manage PCB designers, prepare manufacturing documentation, support DFM and production, troubleshoot design issues, and collaborate with mechanical, software, testing, and production teams.

Lead new product introduction from design through mass production for SMT and box assembly. Evaluate designs for manufacturability, develop manufacturing processes and documentation, coordinate pilot builds, define SMT and soldering parameters, establish fixtures and tooling, drive first article inspection, resolve production defects, and identify cost-reduction opportunities. Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, production, and customers to ensure products meet quality, cost, schedule, and manufacturing requirements.

Manage office administration, IT troubleshooting, infrastructure coordination, vendor relationships, procurement, ISO documentation, audits, and employee IT asset lifecycles. The role supports onboarding and offboarding, workstation and access provisioning, inventory tracking, service contracts, compliance records, and administrative reporting while providing leadership support and coordinating office operations.

Own end-to-end BMS solution delivery across application development, configuration, integration, validation, deployment, debugging, and field support. Develop and validate Simulink and Stateflow applications, support vehicle integration and CAN diagnostics, analyze logs and test data, and drive root-cause resolution. Serve as the technical customer interface, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor application engineers, manage escalations, and ensure solution quality through regression testing and validation gates.

Develop, debug, optimize, and validate embedded firmware in C for IoT-enabled EV products. Work with STM32, ESP32, AVR, sensors, communication modules, and actuators; interface peripherals and support hardware bring-up and board testing. Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD tools for troubleshooting. Maintain modular code, documentation, test reports, and release notes while collaborating with hardware and systems teams.

Lead new product introduction from prototype through pilot production and mass-production handover. Coordinate cross-functional project plans, engineering changes, manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, tooling, fixtures, testing, and production documentation. Review BOMs, drawings, and specifications; drive process improvements, risk mitigation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality documentation including PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, and PPAP. Ensure production readiness and complete, controlled handover to manufacturing.
