Lead and build Vendasta's legal function, advising executive team on corporate, commercial, IP, compliance and AI strategy; manage M&A, capital markets, contracts, governance, and global data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC) to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage partner onboarding, drive product adoption, monitor usage and health via dashboards, run enablement and training, escalate risks, provide voice-of-customer feedback, and improve lifecycle playbooks to maximize retention and value.

Execute A/B tests, develop prompts, support model fine-tuning, produce AI-driven reports, and communicate insights to partners and internal teams while promoting ethical AI use.

Drive operational excellence by designing scalable workflows, building AI-enhanced automation, managing financial operations and workforce planning, and delivering executive-ready dashboards and reports. Own projects end-to-end, maintain SOPs, enable training documentation, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, consistency, and efficiency for the division.
