About the Job

The Solution Architect serves as the dedicated, single-point technical anchor for Vendasta's largest multi-location enterprise partner, encompassing 18 franchise brands and over 3,600 franchise locations. In this role, you will bridge enterprise system infrastructure with live AI agent performance, custom automation deployment, and integration data fidelity. By unifying custom automation scripting, CRM integration health surveillance, and brand-level AI prompt engineering, you will eliminate handoff friction across corporate, brand, and franchise layers to ensure high-volume data flows seamlessly, prompt logic stays brand-safe, and enterprise leadership receives accurate performance analytics.

Your Impact

As a Solution Architect, you'll work with the Director of Solution Architecture, R&D, and partner stakeholders to:

• Oversee and execute proprietary scripts on a daily basis to synchronize and deploy complex automation workflows across thousands of accounts across 18 franchise brands.
• Build and update brand-level automation sequences, localized service advertisement integrations, and custom multi-unit owner variations.
• Bridge platform gaps between custom scripting tools and native Account Template capabilities, collaborating directly with R&D to codify custom scripts into native software features.
• Monitor high-volume CRM data transfer paths between client systems and Vendasta (e.g., daily surveillance of the lead push alert channel).
• Perform deep-dive triage on integration failures; diagnose whether root causes stem from internal platform issues or partner endpoints, and route/fix accordingly.
• Conduct continuous ground-truth reconciliation across documentation, CRM records, data warehouse pipelines, and live production instances to prevent silent data dropouts.
• Manage brand-level system prompts, prompt chains, context boundaries, tone parameters, and guardrails via the Admin Center, pushing updates across entire brand networks simultaneously.
• Execute rigorous manual and automated testing for all prompt updates prior to deployment; troubleshoot localized overrides and edge cases logged by franchise locations.
• Maintain the classification logic, database queries, and custom reporting structures that feed executive performance dashboards, ensuring leadership decisions are built on verified data.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
• Valid Passport required for frequent travel to the United States
• 4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Operations, Forward-Deployed Engineering, or Customer Engineering within enterprise B2B SaaS
• Strong background in AI and prompt systems engineering—including LLM behavior tuning, RAG retrieval mechanics, context boundary guardrails, and conversation log evaluation
• Exceptional communication skills to navigate multi-layered enterprise structures and trace complex data breaks without detailed documentation. 
• Experience working within multi-location franchise networks, distributed enterprise branch models, or channel partner ecosystems is considered an asset.
