Leads the architecture, implementation, optimization, and validation of real-time DSP and machine learning solutions for microphone arrays and conferencing products. Designs low-latency embedded audio processing systems, troubleshoots complex integration issues, mentors engineers, and collaborates with software, hardware, acoustics, test, and product teams. Evaluates algorithm performance through objective measurements and subjective listening tests while documenting designs, promoting engineering practices, and identifying innovative DSP and AI/ML applications.

Develops sales pipeline across the Seattle and Pacific Northwest dealer channel by qualifying leads, identifying opportunities, delivering product training and presentations, addressing competitive objections, and coordinating prospect handoffs. The role supports partner sales teams as a technical consultant, executes channel marketing plans, and drives cross-selling, upselling, and revenue growth. It is remote but regionally restricted and averages 50% travel.
