Ensure Canon's ITSM solutions meet quality and performance expectations. Act as Product Owner for Xurrent, support configurations, resolve incidents, and maintain dashboards. Manage CMDB structure and reporting analytics while improving ITSM processes.

Own and lead Demantra and related systems for budget and investment processes, manage integrations with Oracle and Salesforce, drive system improvements, oversee releases and change management, provide training and governance, troubleshoot complex data issues, and partner with IT and Sales Operations to align systems with business needs.

Develop insight-led marketing strategies and manage end-to-end plans for assigned customer segments and product portfolios across Europe. Manage and grow Canon's Large Format Graphics territory by developing strategic relationships with business owners and C-suite, prospecting, building pipelines, presenting technical and financial business cases (ROI, cost-per-metre), forecasting revenue and margin, and coordinating multi-stakeholder solutions while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.
