Working at the heart of a collaborative, international team, you'll develop insight-led marketing strategies, lead the planning of high-profile product launches and lifecycle campaigns, and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations. From shaping strategic direction to delivering measurable results, you'll play a key role in creating impactful marketing that reaches customers across Europe while helping drive Canon's long-term success.
Responsibilities- Own the marketing strategy for your assigned customer segments and product portfolio, developing insight-led plans that drive business growth and support ITCG's strategic objectives.
- Turn market intelligence into action by analysing customer, competitor and industry trends to identify opportunities and shape long-term marketing direction.
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies, product launches, brand campaigns and lifecycle activity that deliver measurable commercial impact.
- Create compelling strategic marketing briefs that align stakeholders, inspire outstanding execution and ensure every campaign is positioned for success.
- Manage end-to-end marketing plans, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and performance measurement.
- Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, Product Management, Sales, Marketing teams, National Sales Organisations (NSOs) and agency partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Europe.
- Monitor campaign and market performance, using data and insights to continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and respond to changing market conditions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, bringing together diverse teams to align priorities, drive innovation and deliver against shared business goals.
- Be the recognised expert for your customer segments and product categories, providing strategic insight, thought leadership and innovative ideas that shape Canon's marketing direction.
- Champion marketing excellence, staying ahead of market, customer and technology trends while continuously developing your expertise to keep Canon at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Proven experience developing and delivering B2P Marketing strategies, ideally within a technology, imaging or consumer electronics environment.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with an excellent understanding of European consumer markets, customer behaviours and industry trends.
- Ability to translate complex products and technologies into compelling customer value propositions and insight-led marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across senior leaders, cross-functional teams and international markets.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and regions.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing marketing budgets and optimising investment to maximise ROI.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of consumer technology trends and their commercial impact, including areas such as imaging, sensors, optics, image processing and networking.

Salary up to £47,000 - 56,185 plus 10% bonus (dependant on experience)
