In this highly visible role, you'll own the performance, development and evolution of our Demantra platform, partnering with Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, IT and external providers to optimise processes, influence strategic projects and support key budget and investment planning. Responsibilities- Take business ownership of the Demantra platform, acting as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for technical support across Imaging Technology Consumer Group.
- Ensure Demantra and its associated processes remain operational, fit for purpose and fully prepared to support critical Budget and Investment planning activities.
- Provide expert consultancy, technical support and training to stakeholders, driving adoption and maximising the value of the Demantra platform across the business.
- Manage system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating Service Requests and Change Requests to ensure effective delivery of updates and new functionality.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence, IT and third-party service providers to resolve system issues, manage support requests and ensure seamless integration with connected systems, including OBIEE and R12.
- Lead and support key business transformation projects, including initiatives such as the Demantra re-launch and R12 transition, ensuring successful implementation and business readiness.
- Manage and optimise operational workflows, identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance the overall effectiveness of business operations.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system capabilities and deliver practical solutions to support commercial objectives.
- Oversee accruals, payment plans and claims approval processes for key European partner channels, including Amazon, MSH and PE Sales, ensuring accuracy and effective governance.
- Define, document and deliver short- and long-term operational objectives, implementing appropriate processes, tools and best practices to support business performance.
- Support the Sales Operations Senior Manager in planning, coordinating and improving operational activities, contributing to the delivery of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across the business, championing the effective use of Demantra and fostering collaboration to deliver efficient, scalable and future-ready business processes.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and manage commercial data and processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyse, manipulate and present complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations and wider business stakeholders.
- Recognised subject matter expertise, with the ability to provide technical guidance, support and knowledge sharing across central and local ITCG teams.
- Demonstrable experience working with complex data structures, system architecture or enterprise business systems.
- Experience within a retail, distribution or FMCG environment would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Oracle R11/R12, Demantra or similar enterprise planning and forecasting systems would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting large-scale business system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting platforms, such as OBIEE or similar analytics tools, would be advantageous.
- Experience working with third-party system providers and managing Service Request (SR) and Change Request (CR) processes would be advantageous.
- An understanding of sales planning, budgeting, forecasting or investment management processes would be advantageous.

This role is paying between 61,908 - £74,588 + 10% bonus dependant on experience.
