Manage sales growth across an assigned Avon territory by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing Sales Leaders and Representatives. Build relationships, deliver local events and training, deploy campaigns and incentives, monitor performance data, and execute action plans to achieve KPIs. Expand Avon’s presence in new territories, support retention and engagement, and provide guidance in a fast-paced, field-based environment requiring extensive travel.

Supports record-to-report accounting, month-end close, IFRS and statutory reporting, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial data transfers, tax documentation, and audit support. Prepares financial reports, maintains accurate accounting records, and collaborates with internal teams to meet regulatory and reporting requirements during a fixed-term maternity cover assignment.

Partner with employees, managers, and business leaders across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, mobility, offboarding, employee relations, organizational change, and HR administration. Provide policy and employment guidance, manage records and documentation, support payroll and benefits data, coordinate HR communications, maintain local labor-law compliance, and contribute to engagement, culture, and global HR programs.

Supports commercial plans and daily relationships with key retail and digital accounts. Responsibilities include store visits, merchandising and promotion reviews, cross-functional coordination, sales reporting, performance analysis, promotional investment tracking, demand planning, forecasting, and market insight gathering to drive account growth.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting; manage statutory statements, regulatory filings, reconciliations, audits, and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, and internal policies. Partner with finance, tax, internal controls, auditors, service providers, and shared services teams to improve accounting processes, strengthen controls, ensure accurate tax obligations, and drive operational efficiency.

Develop and commercialize packaging solutions for new and existing products, balancing quality, cost, functionality, manufacturing, and sustainability. Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers; resolve packaging challenges; lead value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives; and ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and manufacturing standards.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Avons Contract Manufacturing business. Manage prospecting, contract negotiation, onboarding, cross-functional coordination, production ramp-up, and performance monitoring to deliver sustainable volume and margin targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Supervise financial reporting, month-end close, statutory statements, regulatory filings, audits, IFRS-to-statutory adjustments, reconciliations, forecasting, and financial controls. Partner with finance leaders, auditors, advisors, tax specialists, and shared-service teams while ensuring compliance, improving processes, and strengthening reporting quality across EMEA commercial markets.

Manage and optimize global eCommerce and lead-generation paid media campaigns across PPC and paid social. Oversee budgets, audience targeting, product feeds, tracking (UTMs), analytics, attribution, and creative implementation. Partner with creative and brand teams, present insights, and scale Avon's in-house paid media capability across international markets.

Lead and scale Avon's global affiliate and creator programme across markets. Manage Awin operations, recruit and engage creators, optimise performance (revenue, CAC, ROI), integrate tracking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and expand affiliate partnerships and platform integrations.
