What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to support the growth of our retail and digital partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your account management skills while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced beauty business.
You'll support the delivery of commercial plans across key retail and digital accounts, helping to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll ensure commercial activities are executed accurately and on time. You'll play an important role in monitoring business performance, supporting reporting and analysis, and helping identify opportunities to grow our brands. You'll also visit stores regularly to ensure products, promotions, and merchandising standards are delivered consistently and effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the execution of commercial plans and joint business initiatives across key accounts

  • Managing day-to-day communication and follow-up with retail and digital partners

  • Conducting store visits to review product listings, merchandising standards, promotions, and displays

  • Coordinating with Supply Chain, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of commercial activities

  • Preparing sales reports, performance analysis, and business insights

  • Supporting promotional planning and trade investment tracking

  • Contributing to forecasting and demand planning processes

  • Gathering and sharing market, customer, and competitor insights to support decision-making

  • Experience in sales, account management, commercial operations, category management, or a related business function

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools

  • A proactive, curious, and solution-focused approach

  • Willingness to travel for store visits and customer meetings as required
