Drive client discovery, write specifications, collaborate with Legal/Compliance, define token economics and interoperability, hire and scale the product team, track success metrics, and represent the business to senior management and the board.

Serve as primary operational contact for assigned clients, manage incidents to resolution, ensure SLA compliance, drive process improvements, support product development and testing, and coordinate client onboarding and conformance testing.

Build and maintain IaC, CI/CD pipelines and zero-downtime deployments for a regulated tokenisation platform. Implement observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting), define SLOs, run on-call rotations and runbooks, harden infrastructure security, and operate/monitor AI/ML services using AI-assisted tooling for incident detection and post-mortems.

Design, implement and secure on-chain core smart contracts for a digital-assets platform; write property-based and fuzz tests; prepare contracts for audits; design a reusable tokenization engine; use AI-assisted tooling for scaffolding, testing and audit preparation while maintaining strict security practices.

The IT Tech Lead will oversee .NET projects, mentor engineers, ensure technical execution, architect solutions, and maintain documentation. Responsibilities include managing delivery, quality, and scalability while resolving client issues and adhering to SLAs.
