Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Project Manager to support the launch and coordination of a new initiative within the Primary Markets team.
You will support the Project Lead directly in structuring, coordinating and driving the different project workstreams across business, product, technology, legal, regulatory, operations, sales and finance. You will play a central role in ensuring project governance, planning, execution discipline, stakeholder coordination and consolidated reporting.
This is a transversal role requiring strong project management discipline, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in an evolving strategic environment.

You will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of a new project, ensuring that workstreams are properly structured, milestones are tracked, risks and issues are escalated, and key decisions are prepared for management.
The project will cover the full lifecycle of the initiative.
The role will require close interaction with multiple Euronext teams across geographies, including Primary Markets, Product, Technology, Legal, Regulatory, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Sales and Communications.
Project management
Structure, coordinate and monitor the overall project plan across the main workstreams, including product, technology, legal, regulatory, operations, finance, sales and go-to-market.
Prepare governance materials, including agendas, presentations, decision papers, minutes, action logs and follow-up trackers.
Monitor project scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and issues.
Maintain key project management tools and documentation, including the master project plan, decision log, action tracker and status reports.
Ensure timely follow-up of actions, escalation of blockers and alignment between workstreams.
Coordinate interactions with internal stakeholders across Euronext geographies and functions.
Produce consolidated reporting for the Project Lead, senior management and relevant governance bodies.
Support the coordination of external advisers, consultants or technology vendors where relevant.
Ensure compliance with relevant internal processes, including GDPR, InfoSec, cyber risk, operational risk and vendor management requirements.
Product design support
Support the Project Lead and future Product Owner in structuring the target product vision, solution design and delivery roadmap.
Contribute to the definition and documentation of use cases, client journeys, functional requirements and operating model assumptions.
Coordinate market analysis, competitive benchmarking and client feedback consolidation to inform product design choices.
Support the preparation of business case inputs, including revenue assumptions, cost estimates, investment needs and delivery scenarios.
Help align product design with technology, regulatory, legal, operational and go-to-market constraints.
Track product design decisions, open questions, dependencies and required arbitrations.
Support the translation of business and user needs into structured requirements for technology and implementation teams.
Your profile
University degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, law, technology or a related field and about 4 years of project management experience, delivering projects from start to finish.
Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects from analysis and design through to implementation planning or delivery.
Experience with strategic, regulatory, technology or business transformation projects is highly relevant.
Familiarity with capital markets, primary markets, trading, post-trade, issuer services or investment platforms is a strong advantage. Knowledge in corporate and market finance is helpful.
Strong project management discipline, with the ability to structure workstreams, track deliverables and drive execution. Experience with agile, hybrid or waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business, product, technology and regulatory topics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Ability to prepare high-quality materials for senior management and governance bodies.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
Proactive, autonomous and delivery-oriented mindset.
Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where the target solution is still being defined.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and project planning tools.
