The Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales strategies, managing contracts, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the chemical distribution sector, particularly in the western region of KSA.

Manage a sales team across Bristol and Swansea, overseeing targets, performance management, coaching, customer development, product campaigns, pricing updates, CRM usage, and profitability analysis. The role develops regional business strategies, supports customer visits, allocates leads, manages contracts and call-offs, monitors budgets, handles complaints, and reports activity and performance to regional leadership. A degree or equivalent, commercial experience, strong analytical and sales skills, and knowledge of ERP and CRM systems are required.

Lead P&L for a food/beverage ingredients business area by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing budgets, customers and suppliers, analyzing market trends, minimizing costs, coordinating logistics, and training and motivating an international sales team to meet targets.

Manage and grow assigned Queensland B2B accounts through relationship building, customer visits, new business acquisition, cross-selling, quoting/tendering, forecasting, and CRM pipeline management.

Process and run payments to staff and vendors, ensuring timely, accurate transactions. Monitor data quality, perform reconciliations, investigate irregularities, support audits, UAT, and process improvements. Act as P2P subject matter expert, respond to stakeholder queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve errors and optimize controls.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and travel & expense processing, ensure timely and accurate transaction handling, monitor data quality, produce analytic reports, resolve queries, support audits, participate in UAT and process improvement projects, and assist monthly closing activities.

Manage product portfolio and lifecycle across Southeast Asia to drive revenue and margin targets. Define pricing frameworks, support strategic bids, negotiate with suppliers, conduct market intelligence, collaborate with country teams on forecasting, inventory, and launches, and provide customer and technical support while reporting performance and governance metrics.

Manage sales in an assigned territory to maximize revenue and profit through consultative face-to-face and telephone contact. Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities, set growth strategies, negotiate and close deals, maintain CRM pipelines and forecasts, coordinate internal stakeholders for pricing and solutions, and keep product and market knowledge current.

Manage timely accounts payable and travel & expense processing, resolve transactional issues, ensure data quality, prepare analytic reports, support audits, participate in UAT and process improvements, and collaborate with SSC teams for month-end closing and stakeholder service.

Lead post-acquisition integration activities for Brenntag Korea, coordinating Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; provide management updates; support financial reporting, budgeting, governance, business planning, and performance analysis. Monitor M&A earn-out performance and facilitate alignment between the acquired business and Brenntag in a cross-functional, international matrix environment.
