Manages full-cycle, non-volume recruitment for leadership and business-critical roles, from requisition through onboarding. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, stakeholder advising, candidate experience, recruitment metrics, compliance, onboarding coordination, and employer branding. The role partners with business leaders, HR, IT, and Facilities while maintaining recruitment standards, documentation, and process improvements across multiple business areas.

The role is fully onsite in Dublin, shift-based, permanent, and requires prior content moderation experience, language proficiency, and valid Irish work authorization.
