Provide first-level technical and customer support through chat, phone, and ticketing systems. The role requires extensive multi-country sales experience, partner-channel expertise, executive communication skills, and willingness to travel more than 50%.

Manages and develops a multi-state team of Solution Engineers providing technical pre-sales support to commercial sales teams. Responsibilities include coaching, hiring, workload management, proposal presentations, solution guidance, vendor and product collaboration, sales forecasting support, opportunity prioritization, and removing operational roadblocks.
