Perform accurate data entry using Windows and web-based applications on dual-monitor workstations. Handle multiple systems, type efficiently (30 WPM preferred), provide phone-based customer service, research issues timely, and support financial-services workflows. High school diploma required; related degree or industry experience preferred.

Lead IT projects using PMO best practices: create integrated project plans, estimate resources and costs, track metrics and risks, manage scope and client expectations, resolve issues, and perform project closure and documentation to ensure delivery of sponsor outcomes.

Work with business and IT leads to define scope, functional specs, test plans, and project/enhancement tracking. Document and resolve support issues, assist migrations and administration, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Provide administrative support to People & Organization (P&O) including onboarding logistics, training and recruitment support, file maintenance, event and room booking, and assistance to senior leaders with travel, expense reports, and meeting coordination. Participate in continuous improvement and deliver small projects to increase department efficiency.

Manage procurement activities for environmental services including PO creation, supporting negotiations, running the RFP process from bidding through vendor notification and award, and coordinating with team members and vendors.

Design, automate, and deploy cloud infrastructure and hybrid solutions. Build CI/CD pipelines, provision environments with configuration management (Chef/Puppet/Ansible), containerize apps, migrate on-prem systems to AWS, and ensure monitoring and scalable system implementations while collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

Greet visitors at the Mt. Olive office, distribute badges, direct guests, monitor security compliance, receive deliveries, answer a multi-line phone, take messages, and perform general administrative support tasks.
