Job DescriptionMeeting and greeting visitors to the Mt. Olive, New Jersey MARS Location.
Distributing visitor badges, directing visitors and guests
Ensuring compliance with Security and general office policies and protocols-recognizing and escalating exceptions
Receiving various one-off deliveries
Answering a multiple-line phone, taking messages/transferring calls
Performing supporting administrative and miscellaneous day to day tasks.
