Manage nationwide new retail channels (CVS, pharmacies, discount stores): set sales targets and expansion plans, acquire and maintain customers, negotiate contracts, plan and execute channel promotions and merchandising, drive product listing and hit SKUs, conduct market and channel analysis, recruit and manage distributors, and support other channel-related tasks.

Lead state and local income and franchise tax for the company and U.S. entities: manage compliance filings, state tax provision/ASC 740 support, research complex issues, provide planning and M&A support, lead audits and controversies, oversee property tax process and outsourced providers, leverage Corptax for automation, and mentor team members.

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using planning systems and statistical inputs; analyze sales/marketing inputs and promotional impacts; manage APO history and 12-18 month rolling forecasts; collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and regional hubs; communicate forecast assumptions and confidence; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Oversee domestic primary and secondary transportation, monitor shipments and delivery risks, manage 3PL/LSP performance, process SAP transactions (PO, MIGO), support invoice/rush payments, drive continuous improvement and cost savings, and ensure compliance with quality and audit standards across Japan DC operations.

Manage credit control and claims for German-speaking markets: build customer relationships to ensure timely payments, post promotional invoices and rebates, investigate pricing and logistics claims, support long-term agreements, maintain customer ledgers, and contribute to month-end reporting.

Manage tax compliance, statutory reporting, transfer pricing governance, and tax accounting for multiple Asia entities. Provide tax advisory, oversee indirect tax and corporate income tax activities (including Pillar Two), support audits, coordinate with external advisors and stakeholders, and drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

Lead sales forecasting and analysis across base business, new items, and displays. Develop and monitor incentive and reporting systems, manage S&OP forecasting and budget setting, reduce trade returns, validate AP claims, ensure data quality across sources, train users, and collaborate with Finance, Customer Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive insights and results.

Manage and process customer orders and master data in SAP, allocate stock, support promotions and product listings, liaise with sales and logistics, drive continuous improvements using LEAN, and deliver excellent service to UK and German retail customers.
