Leads regional commercial activation and field marketing strategy, execution roadmaps, budgets, performance measurement, and multi-market delivery. Manages a reporting team member, builds capability, oversees agencies and vendors, and partners with marketing, sales, finance, legal, and compliance stakeholders. Uses market insights and performance data to guide investments, improve activation outcomes, and ensure alignment with brand, channel, merchandising, and commercial priorities.

Support global talent and partnership strategy across Pernod Ricard brands. Responsibilities include researching artists, celebrities, sports and cultural partners; benchmarking competitors; monitoring trends and opportunities; coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners; developing brand guidelines; preparing agency briefs and presentations; and supporting partnership implementation and strategic planning.

Analyze zonal business and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, pricing, market share, P&L, and expense trends. Develop business plans, pricing strategies, dashboards, and performance metrics; evaluate competitors, market changes, tax policies, and SKU opportunities. Support sales and finance teams with actionable insights, course corrections, and operational improvement initiatives while consolidating regional estimates and ensuring governance.

Supports Pernod Ricard’s global Le Cercle private client program through commercial enablement, branded materials, performance insights, PCM onboarding, training, community engagement, and international event planning. The intern helps coordinate global and local stakeholders, update playbooks and sales tools, prepare client-facing assets, consolidate activity data, and facilitate knowledge sharing across markets.

Support brand universe creation, strategic planning, creative platforms, competitive benchmarking, and inspiration research. Coordinate design project plans, budgets, timelines, meetings, and deliverables across creative and marketing teams. Contribute to department roadmaps and process improvement while working across premium wine and spirits brands.

Assist Pernod Ricard’s global creative team with photo and video production, visual guideline development, moodboards, image retouching, AI-generated references, agency collaboration, international market requests, and asset management. The six-month internship requires strong visual and creative skills, Adobe expertise, fluency in French and English, attention to detail, and a university internship agreement.

Manage sales execution across the Attica and Cyclades territories, including negotiating deals, managing budgets, selecting target outlets, building customer relationships, transferring orders, expanding brand distribution, and executing merchandising and promotional activities. The role requires route planning, competitive reporting, commercial-policy compliance, negotiation, and collaboration with Trade Marketing. A valid driving license, sales experience, communication skills, and basic English are required.

Support MLOps implementation and maintain machine learning models in production. Build scalable pipelines, develop production-quality services, implement unit and integration testing, manage CI/CD and DevOps practices, maintain APIs, improve go-to-production processes, and contribute across the software development lifecycle and data platform community.

Supports a global ERP digital transformation program within the Program Management Office. Responsibilities include governance preparation, reporting, dashboard and data-extract support, action tracking, documentation, knowledge management, team enablement, and continuous improvement of tools and processes. The intern will also explore AI, Copilot, and automation to simplify recurring activities and improve collaboration across international teams.
