Leads Nordson’s global HRIS function, including team management, HR technology architecture, Workday, UKG Dimensions, Dayforce, integrations, reporting, security, automation, releases, support, vendor management, and project delivery. Partners with HR and IT leaders to align technology roadmaps with business objectives, improve operational performance, manage budgets and resources, and develop a high-performing HRIS team.

Supports global product launches and manages marketing campaigns from planning through performance tracking. Creates customer-facing content, collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering on commercialization, supports trade shows and events, and identifies ways to improve marketing effectiveness. The role requires fluent German and English, digital marketing knowledge, experience with technical or B2B products, and approximately 10% travel.

Manage and complete export documentation and coordinate international shipping with freight forwarders and internal teams. Ensure export compliance, timely Electronic Export Information filing, maintain work instructions, and support logistics coordination.

Support and improve manufacturing quality by ensuring compliance to QSR/ISO, applying quality engineering tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA), leading containment and CAPA, handling supplier and customer returns, conducting audits and validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), training staff, and supporting Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce defects.
