We are seeking a Compensation Specialist II to join our global Total Rewards team. In this role, you will support compensation programs and initiatives by conducting analyses, maintaining compensation data, and partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition teams. You will gain experience across market pricing, job evaluation, compensation planning, and global compensation administration while contributing to projects that support a competitive and equitable employee experience. In this role, you will:
Conduct market pricing analyses and evaluate compensation competitiveness to support effective hiring, retention, and compensation decision-making.
Evaluate jobs and administer salary structures to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with organizational design principles.
Administer compensation programs across the Americas (Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, the United States), partnering with regional HR teams to ensure alignment with local market practices and regulatory requirements.
Support the development of market-based compensation recommendations by analyzing compensation data, market trends, and internal equity considerations.
Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of the company's global job architecture framework, including job leveling, career pathing, and governance activities.
Participate in compensation and Total Rewards projects by conducting research, preparing analyses, and supporting project implementation activities.
Support annual compensation planning activities, including merit planning, incentive programs, and bonus administration.
Support HRIS, reporting, data integrity, and process improvement efforts to enhance compensation processes and reporting capabilities.
Assist in maintaining compliance with compensation policies, pay regulations, and internal guidelines.
Support pay equity and pay transparency analyses through data collection, reporting, and research activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance or a related field with a degree, or minimum of 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or compensation-related processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
Exposure to market pricing, salary surveys, or job evaluation activities.
Experience supporting compensation or Total Rewards programs.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
Familiarity with salary structure administration or compensation planning processes.
Knowledge of pay equity, pay transparency, or compensation regulations.
Experience working in a global or multi-country environment is a plus.
