An 18-month early talent operations program supporting financial services teams across multiple business units. Responsibilities include data analysis and visualization, process assessment, root cause analysis, requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement, meeting leadership, change communication, and business recommendations. Provide Level 2/3 production support, troubleshoot pipeline and data quality issues, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and support reporting through Power BI. Collaborate with business and technology teams while mentoring junior colleagues.

Actuarial interns support life, health, and pension product pricing, experience studies, valuations, business performance analysis, financial reporting, quotations, and risk management. They collaborate across departments and provide analysis to senior management while gaining practical experience with evolving financial reporting requirements.

Support SOX testing and risk-based audits across Manulife’s global financial services operations. Perform control walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, identify root causes, communicate findings, validate issue closures, and apply data analytics to improve audit efficiency. The role requires collaboration across multicultural teams and adherence to internal audit methodology and IIA Standards, with opportunities to use GRC tools, machine learning, and Python.
