  • Drive territory expansion through inorganic recruitment of experienced Agency Leaders, advisors, and external agency groups.
  • Develop growth strategies that maximize opportunities across a larger territory, broader branch network, and expanded market coverage.

Performance Management

  • Drive achievement of regional targets covering sales, manpower, active advisor count, agency leader productivity, and business conservation through disciplined performance management.
  • Lead regular business reviews with the Sales Management Team to monitor key metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement recovery actions where needed.
  • Build leadership capability, accountability, and succession strength across the region by coaching direct reports and reinforcing high-performance standards.
  • Ensure sound business governance, financial discipline, and compliance with regulatory, company, and sales risk management requirements within the region.
  • Oversee performance and productivity across a significantly larger population of Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors.
  • Ensure consistent leadership accountability and business results across multiple branches within the territory.

Program Execution

  • Ensure effective implementation of company-led agency programs, initiatives, and projects across the region, with clear accountability and timely follow-through.
  • Monitor execution quality and adoption of agreed programs, processes, and tools to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with intended business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to cascade priorities, resolve execution issues, and continuously improve field implementation practices.
  • Ensure effective rollout of strategic programs across a wider and geographically diverse branch network.
  • Drive consistent adoption of initiatives, processes, and governance standards across all territory locations.
