Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to support product pricing, conduct experience studies, analyze business strategies, and prepare special quotations for life and health businesses.
- Gain hands-on experience in traditional actuarial valuation under evolving financial reporting requirements.
- Support actuarial oversight functions in the regional office, providing high-quality analysis of business performance to senior management.
- Assist the actuarial team of Hong Kong's retirement business in pricing new and existing pension businesses, providing high-quality financial reports to management teams.
- Support risk management functions by implementing risk controls and highlighting key risks to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate student majoring in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or risk management.
- A self-starter who is adaptable and eager to learn.
- Strong academic performance.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of statistical software or programming languages is an advantage.
Internship Period
