Provide investment education and support using macroeconomic, market, and fund expertise. Support and enhance Manulife's SOX-compliant Finance & Treasury systems: provide production and non-production operational support, application development, monitoring, troubleshooting with vendors, implement upgrades/changes, support global finance processes, and collaborate with stakeholders. Work on rotating schedules and support weekend deployments as needed.

Lead and deliver operational excellence and transformation projects for finance functions using OE frameworks (Lean/Six Sigma, DMAIC), process redesign, automation (Alteryx, Power Automate, UiPath), BI (Power BI), stakeholder management, benefits tracking and change management to improve efficiency, accuracy, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Design and develop interactive, modular e-learning content for bancassurance and agency channels. Produce multimedia (video, simulations, graphics), apply instructional design and gamification, manage end-to-end module lifecycle, monitor learner engagement, and collaborate with SMEs, Compliance, and peers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Support growth of MPF/ORSO pension business via agency and intermediary channels. Manage partner relationships, run sales events and trainings, support client pitches and post-sale service, monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, assist sales strategy and new initiatives, ensure compliance with MPF/ORSO regulations and promote strong client retention.

Manage end-to-end administration and after-sales servicing of group insurance accounts including policy/member record management, renewals, underwriting submissions, commission payouts, certificates issuance, claims confirmations, billing/commission reconciliations, client/distributor support, escalations, SLA monitoring, and process improvement or system migration projects.

Provide practical legal advice across the business, draft and negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, monitor regulatory developments, support risk assessments and dispute management, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and governance.
