Lead transfer of new products into production, develop and improve manufacturing processes and equipment, troubleshoot issues, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, validate processes (PFMEA, protocols), coordinate equipment installation/calibration, and maintain process documentation to meet quality and safety standards.
