Littelfuse New Product Implementation team is looking for a Project Administrator. In this role, you will support the delivery of new product implementation projects in manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll help keep projects organized, ensure timelines are met, and contribute to bringing new products into production.
About the job:Support new product implementation projects by coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions
Support project planning, timelines, and budget tracking
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and project records
Coordinate sample builds and collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and project teams
Assist with purchasing project materials and processing related documentation, including invoices and estimates
Keep project stakeholders informed of project progress and key milestones
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to ensure successful project delivery
A degree in in engineering field
Up to 1 year of experience working in a project environment is considered an advantage
Good English skills (verbal and written)
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
The salary range 2000 EUR gross – 2400 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
