About Job：- 负责新项目每个节点质量管控及跟踪，识别关键特性，制定相关质量控制计划，及检验指导文件，参加定期项目review meeting，lead 质量问题的改善及跟踪；35%
- 管控内部量产过程品质，运用SPC/QRQC /FMEA等工具，推动内部制程问题&原材料质量问题的处理及改善追踪，QRQC &MRB追踪及改善措施确认；20%

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, mechanical-electronic, or automotive engineering
- At least 5 years' quality engineering experience in automotive electronics or mechanical industries (PQE, CQE, AQE)
- Proficient with quality tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, QRQC, 8D
- Strong problem-analysis skills; experience with FTA, 5 Whys, and fishbone (Ishikawa)
- Good communication skills and English speaking/writing ability
