As an HR Partner – ICP Plant in Piedras Negras, Coah, you will be responsible for partnering closely with plant leadership and employees to drive people strategies that support business objectives, employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence within the ICP Plant in Piedras Negras. Your role will focus on delivering strategic and hands-on HR support across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations while ensuring alignment with Littelfuse values and compliance standards.
About the Job:- Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
- Lead and support initiatives related to talent development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance concerns.
- Drive recruiting and workforce planning activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition to support staffing needs and organizational growth.
- Lead, facilitate, execute, and analyze HR programs and projects that improve employee experience and business performance.
- Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR processes while supporting audits and reporting requirements.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the plant environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver consistent HR support and solutions.
- May coach and support HR team members or associates through formal or informal leadership responsibilities.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience within manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Previous management or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of general HR practices including employee relations, talent management, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development.
- Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with operational leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- PHR certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
