Leads early-stage project cost estimates, target costing, sourcing, value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, supplier negotiations, and cost audits. Assesses customer specifications, determines optimal assembly and processing methods, coordinates with operations and purchasing, and prepares technical cost reports.

Develop, test, integrate, and support robotic controls software for automated lift trucks in an embedded environment. Responsibilities include vehicle control communication, simulation, requirements development, software and electrical architecture, code and design reviews, supplier leadership, manufacturing support, and mentoring entry-level engineers. The role requires C/C++ development, robotics sensors and SLAM experience, embedded control systems, network communications, and MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow expertise. Occasional travel may be required.

Manage supplier quality issues, containments, corrective actions, and documentation while supporting manufacturing, audits, continuous improvement, and new product introduction. Resolve NCRs, line faults, and warranty claims using structured quality tools. Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, manufacturing, and NPI teams; maintain quality records; train technicians; and apply knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, robotics, PLCs, machining, welding, and assembly processes.

Design, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and integrations. Configure platform objects, workflows, and ensure data quality, security, performance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.
