Job Description

  • Lead and/or support CPQ Commerce (quote-to-order) projects on the CPQ platform.

  • Analyze, test and resolve tickets related to CPQ Commerce, data, and integration problems, performing root cause analysis through to resolution.

  • Create and manage the maintenance of sales options and commerce-related rules/data in relevant systems, guaranteeing consistency and quality of data.

  • Update systemic data based on the requirements provided to stakeholders, including data validation and clear documentation of changes.

  • Develop and maintain reports and KPIs to support decision making in the area.

  • Work in partnership with stakeholders from different areas, maintaining proactive communication for alignment and problem resolution.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the CPQ Commerce support and delivery processes and efficiency of systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Advanced or fluent English.

  • Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Power BI

  • Experience or familiarity with product configuration systems (CPQ)

  • Knowledge of NOVO system and/or product portfolio.
