Lead end-to-end UX and product design for web and mobile e-commerce, conducting research, prototyping, testing, and collaborating with product and engineering to drive conversion and consistent scalable experiences.

Analyze ecommerce and omnichannel performance, produce weekly/monthly reports and dashboards, set targets and forecast, identify KPI improvements, liaise between business and IT, present insights and train stakeholders to drive ecommerce growth.
