Your Role
As Senior Digital Product Designer, you are responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences across web and app. You are highly hands-on and own the end-to-end design process: from research and discovery to interaction design, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
You work closely with Product Managers, developers, and the Digital Product Designer to translate user insights and business needs into intuitive, effective, and conversion-driven design solutions. You contribute to building a consistent and scalable design approach, while ensuring a strong focus on usability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Execute end-to-end product design across web and app, from discovery through delivery
Conduct user research and discovery to uncover customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Validate design solutions through testing and experimentation
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to create customer-centric and conversion-optimized journeys
Contribute to design consistency and scalable UX practices across digital touchpoints
Drive continuous optimization through data-informed design decisions

What You Bring
At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Digital Product Designer
Strong experience across the full design cycle: research, discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and validation
Proven experience in e-commerce, combining optimization and innovation
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and mobile experiences
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions
Experience working in cross-functional product teams in an agile environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a customer-first and commercially driven mindset
