In this role, you'll help shape how current and future colleagues experience Hunkemöller as an employer, and drive candidate attraction. You'll create engaging content, support employer branding campaigns, strengthen the candidate journey, and work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Marketing teams to strengthen our talent attraction efforts across multiple markets.
What you'll do
Own and evolve Hunkemöller's employer branding strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and hiring priorities.
Translate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into impactful campaigns, content, and talent attraction initiatives across key talent segments.
Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and application conversion.
Own and optimize the careersite and candidate journey to deliver a compelling candidate experience.
Create engaging content including employee stories, social media campaigns, videos, blogs, and recruitment marketing materials.
Partner closely with Recruitment, HR, Marketing, Internal Communications, and business leaders to strengthen our employer brand.
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to amplify Hunkemöller's employer brand presence.
Track and analyse employer branding performance, using data and insights to continuously improve results.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging employer branding best practices.
What you'll bring
Around 5 years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience developing and executing employer branding strategies and campaigns for European markets.
Strong understanding of candidate behaviour, talent attraction trends, and recruitment marketing.
Hands-on experience with social media, careers sites, digital campaigns, SEO, and analytics tools.
Strong content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring impact and continuously improving results.
A proactive, hands-on approach combined with strong strategic thinking.
