Responsible for accounting and financial reporting for two Italian entities, including monthly close, US GAAP and statutory accounts, tax filings, reconciliations, journal entries, SOX controls, audits, and variance analysis. The role also supports management on financial, tax, and legal matters and leads finance process and control improvements.

The Sourcing Analyst supports global strategic sourcing through raw-material price forecasting, chemical and economic market analysis, supplier development, risk assessment, negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives. The role collaborates with production, R&D, finance, operations, supply chain, and external suppliers to align specifications, timelines, logistics, and quality requirements. It is a salaried hybrid position based at H.B. Fuller’s headquarters in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota.

Supports routine accounting activities, including posting and verifying transactions, accounts payable, payroll, expense processing, reconciliations, financial reporting, documentation, and basic financial analysis. Maintains accurate financial records, follows accounting standards and internal controls, collaborates with team members, and develops foundational accounting knowledge under experienced guidance.

Records and maintains invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Assists with bank and credit card reconciliations, verifies supporting documentation, maintains organized financial records, and supports general accounting activities. The role uses SAP and other financial systems, handles routine assignments independently, and follows established accounting procedures to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Manages end-to-end import and export logistics, including shipment booking, tracking, documentation, customs clearance, ACID and NAFEZA processes, freight-provider coordination, invoice verification, SAP transactions, cost monitoring, and compliance reporting. The role ensures timely, compliant, and cost-effective international movement of goods while coordinating with suppliers, customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments, including booking, tracking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling. Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage ACID and NAFEZA processes, verify logistics invoices in SAP, track costs, and prepare shipment and performance reports.

Processes vendor invoices, verifies three-way matching, maintains vendor records, reconciles accounts payable balances, analyzes AP-related general ledger accounts, supports month-end and year-end close, ensures timely payments, and responds to supplier and internal AP inquiries.

Drives automotive product profitability and growth across Asian and global markets. Develops product strategies and roadmaps, identifies market opportunities, manages product lifecycles, supports launches and sampling, and leads product changes and compliance. Partners with R&D, operations, supply chain, purchasing, and regulatory teams to reduce costs, manage product complexity, improve profitability, and mitigate risks. Uses market research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support revenue goals.

Participate in a 6–12 month remote sales development program focused on technical adhesive products for rigid packaging. Learn sales processes, product applications, manufacturing operations, and CRM tools; support account managers and technical teams; conduct customer visits, demonstrations, and business reviews; and relocate to a U.S. sales territory upon program completion to manage territory growth and business development.

Drives growth in assigned markets through technical and consultative selling. Partners with account managers to identify and convert opportunities, conducts demonstrations and evaluations, troubleshoots customer applications, delivers technical presentations and training, manages OEM and AEM relationships, supports product launches, identifies market trends, and collaborates with sales, marketing, product management, and R&D to develop customer solutions.
