The AI Catalyst Leader will develop AI solutions, enhance operations, mentor teams, oversee data governance, and ensure ethical AI practices.

Manage the full contract lifecycle across government, commercial, civil, and international agreements. Responsibilities include solicitation assessment, proposal support, FAR/DFARS compliance, risk evaluation, negotiations, contract administration, change management, claims and disputes, customer relationships, and closeout. The role collaborates cross-functionally, supports capture activities, briefs stakeholders, and drives compliant, timely contract execution across multiple programs.

Manage the full lifecycle of civil, U.S. Government, military, and international contracts, from proposal strategy and negotiation through award, execution, and sustainment. Advise stakeholders on contract terms, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, risk, changes, claims, and disputes. Lead contract administration, interpret requirements, assess FAR/DFARS and export-control obligations, monitor performance, and develop mitigation strategies while coordinating with finance, engineering, sales, legal, and program management.

Supports airfoil manufacturing process and cycle-time optimization through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. Analyzes engineering designs, technical data, and manufacturing changes; documents accurate technical records; reduces costs; and improves processes to meet customer requirements. Collaborates with manufacturing departments, contributes ideas, manages multiple activities, and develops solutions in an industrial aerospace environment.

Oversee export shipment compliance, declarations, license decrementation, audits, reporting, training, and regulatory recordkeeping. Support DDTC and BIS authorization applications, evaluate license exemptions and exceptions, and improve trade compliance processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with GE Aerospace programs and functions while applying ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs, and sanctions requirements.
