As an Intern - Airfoils Manufacturing Engineer you will optimize manufacturing processes and cycle times through Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and document engineering changes, reduce costs and build accurate technical records aligned with customer requirements.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Participate in a project of productive cycle management, studying and developing manufacturing processes and documenting changes
Participate in LEAN initiative and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements
Study in order to implement cycle time, process improvements, reduce costs and reach target goals
Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes
Interface in an effective manner with all manufacturing departments
Analyze and verify engineering designs and technical data are accurately documented
Contribute to improve an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and meet customer /end user requirements
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Material or Management Engineering
Knowledge of technical drawings
Fluent Italian and English
Ability to analyze problems and provide efficient solutions
Curious and eager to learn
Strong oral and written communication skills
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
