Lead the Powerplant Engineering team to manage engine workscopes, drive SQDIP metrics via Flightdeck, lead engine investigations, support fleet management, and promote safety and cost-saving initiatives.

Lead HR delivery for CES engineering, CES sourcing, Suzhou quality and production teams. Provide talent management, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, leadership development, people analytics, engagement, and HR metric monitoring. Partner with business and HR COEs and implement GE Aerospace HR initiatives.

Design, own, and verify electrical components and systems for military aviation across the product lifecycle. Lead cross-functional projects, perform design reviews, integrate sensing architectures into turbomachinery, troubleshoot fielded assets, ensure supplier components meet requirements, and mentor junior engineers while applying aerospace standards and managing technology maturation through to production.

Lead SPOCT strategy and technical execution for small uncrewed engine programs (GEK1500, GE426). Coordinate cross-functional teams to perform cycle optimization, design trade studies, operability and transient/steady-state performance analysis, control integration, MBSE-based requirements traceability, and test planning. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and verification support across multiple concurrent propulsion programs, ensuring compliance with performance, operability, and export-controlled requirements.

Lead development and execution of multi-site engine test programs for small uncrewed propulsion systems: plan tests, coordinate partners, ensure test readiness and safety, oversee data acquisition and analysis, resolve issues, and report results to leadership.

Serve as the onsite senior HR leader for a 200+ employee joint-venture manufacturing site. Lead a two-person HR team and own full HR operations: payroll (Paylocity), recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, investigations, supplier management, compliance with federal and Montana law, and community/education partnerships. Provide strategic counsel to site leadership and the JV Board while operating independently in a remote, standalone environment.

Lead technical strategy and provide highest-level engineering authority for aerospace electrical power generation across design, modeling, testing, integration and standards. Mentor engineers, drive design reviews, improve engineering processes, represent power generation expertise, coordinate with Chief Engineer Office, and support product competitiveness and regulatory engagement.
