The Senior Analyst, Data Analytics manages data pipelines and analytical models, delivering analytics and reporting to stakeholders. This role involves translating business needs into data requirements, building automated ETL processes, and ensuring data quality and governance.

Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow CMDB and related integrations. Implement Service Mapping, CSDM alignment, data quality initiatives, discovery/inventory integrations, Service Graph Connectors, IRE rules, dashboards, and automation. Provide specialist HR expertise for Talent Management & Learning: implement and deliver end-to-end HR solutions, resolve escalated HR cases, coach Tier 1 staff, manage vendor SLAs, audit HR transactions, improve processes and program content, and collaborate with leaders to enhance employee experience.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automations using low-code platforms (Power Platform, UiPath). Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, implement integrations, ensure security/compliance, create reusable components, perform testing and documentation, support production incidents, and help govern citizen development.

Design and implement modeling and evaluation approaches for implantable heart-failure AI solutions. Lead validation, calibration, and clinical performance strategy; build reference implementations and reusable modeling patterns. Apply label-efficient methods and efficient distributed training, evaluate emerging AI/ML research, mentor data scientists, and partner with stakeholders for testing, monitoring, and data governance to support regulatory-grade medical device models.
