As Lead QA Engineer, you'll ensure product quality, manage customer feedback, resolve supply chain issues, and drive improvement initiatives.

Lead global product launch readiness and strategic change for new product development. Define readiness requirements, govern cross‑functional launch plans, manage risks and stakeholders, track KPIs, and drive process and operating model improvements to ensure service readiness and handover to BAU.

Lead electronics product development from concept to mass production: design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits; oversee PCB layout and EMI/EMC; develop test plans and perform validation, fault finding, and root cause analysis; collaborate cross-functionally; mentor junior engineers; manage timelines, resources, and compliance with international safety and quality standards.

Lead a team to design and deliver robust power, analogue/digital, and microcontroller-based electronics for new consumer appliances. Provide technical leadership across design, verification, EMC troubleshooting, supplier/JDM alignment, and production readiness while coaching junior engineers and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Lead technical delivery of electronics for new consumer appliances: own power, analogue/digital, MCU and high-speed circuit design; lead reviews, risk assessments, supplier engineering, EMC troubleshooting, DFM/DFX/DFMEA, and coach engineers through concept to production.

Design, build, test and validate sensing systems using off-the-shelf sensors (IMU, magnetic, pressure, hall-effect, photo-optic, thermal). Develop/tune sensing algorithms with Matlab or Python, integrate hardware with cross-functional teams, take concepts to production, liaise with suppliers, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead development of heater control systems for consumer appliances: design control architectures, model thermal dynamics, develop and tune PI/PID algorithms, build MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape simulations, implement embedded C/C++ firmware, analyse electronics schematics, validate EMC/safety/reliability, and support suppliers and JDMs through verification and field reliability improvements.
